For software vendors that need to be able to activate licenses in the field for customers that may not have an active internet connection, support the concept of offline activations.
And so there you will have your application that would be integrated with RSDK.
And so that's available for a wide variety of different development languages.
And so when the application wants to be activated in that offline manner. It can generate an offline activation request.
Think of that as a certificate.
That encodes things like the identity of the machine that is being activated.
That gets sent then to our core environment.
It will activate the seat for that particular customer, in the cloud. So we have a snapshot of it being activated at certain times, certain identity, and such. And then that will generate an unlock certificate that can then be applied directly into that offline environment to specifically unlock the set of capabilities, the features, the subscription period, etcetera, that, has been licensed to that customer.
